Tertiary Education Program
This Program offers students from a range of tertiary learning institutions the opportunity to:
• use the Gallery grounds, collection and exhibition programs as the stimulus for units of study.
• use the exhibition program, collection and site as the focus of independent research.
• use the Gallery’s 1930-1978 collection of Australian abstraction and archival library to extend academic research on Australian abstraction, including the work of Gerald and Margo Lewers.
• participate in professional development opportunities through tertiary internship programs.
• participate in the life of the Gallery through independent volunteer programs that may include exhibition research, curatorial assistance and education and public program assistance.
