ADVENTURES IN PARADISE - Saturday 18 October 3pm - 5pm South Sea Island travelogues and ethnographic films from the 1950s to 1970s. When air travel became affordable the South Sea islands were marketed as exotic tourist locations offering paradise. Films include Wings to Hawaii (1950s) and Land Divers of Pentecost 1970s).
