DELINQUENTS!! Graffiti and tagging: Is it art or delinquency? - Saturday 2 August 7pm A filmic history of the controversy surrounding urban art expressions - and 'bad' behaviour. A selection of archival - now hilarious - 'educational' films about the terror of delinquency. Films include Why Vandalism? (1955) and McGruff's Gang Alert (1990).
